The purpose of the company is: - to advise companies and individuals in various fields, - to broker, acquire, sell and manage real estate, excluding any operation prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: - create branches, - in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable (excluding any operation prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose, - grant loans to its associates and third parties, - act as guarantor for loans subscribed by associates and third parties, - guarantee these loans by assignment or pledge of mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
