The company may also conduct market research, marketing, customer introduction, feasibility studies, support, business valuations, company liquidations, salary management, preparation of business plans, assistance in the introduction, research, development and marketing of innovative projects and products in Switzerland and/or abroad, data processing and any other related activity. The company may finally acquire, sell and conduct import/export activities of any type of goods. The company may also acquire, sell, manage, receive and grant the use of technologies, technical know-how, industrial patents, trademarks, licenses and intellectual property rights in general, particularly in the aforementioned sectors. The company may also acquire, encumber, manage, administer, rent and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad, as well as participate in real estate companies and enterprises with headquarters and/or activities in Switzerland and abroad, in compliance with applicable laws. Any activity carried out in the real estate sector is not directed towards third parties but limited to real estate for its own account. The company may assume, on its own account and not in a fiduciary capacity, interests and participations in other industrial, commercial, financial and service companies in Switzerland or abroad, in the sector related to the company's purpose or in other sectors. Finally, the company may carry out all commercial, industrial and financial operations deemed necessary or useful and functionally connected with the company's purpose or aimed at achieving it, and open branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
