The purpose of the association, a non-profit organization, is to directly and indirectly promote, develop and support technical instruments, structures and procedures for the real estate industry in order to reduce entry costs, make the real estate industry more integrative and fair, and ensure a fair distribution of value between tenants and owners by enabling tenants to build assets together with owners. The association can take necessary and suitable measures to achieve the aforementioned purpose, plan and implement initiatives, and participate in initiatives of other organizations, financially or otherwise, or support other organizations or individuals financially or otherwise, as long as all these activities serve the purpose of the association. The association can also accept donations from third parties and act as a trustee in pursuit of its purpose. The association does not pursue commercial purposes and does not strive for profit.
