Ethic-Energie Cooperative Society aims to enable its members, through joint action, to participate in the energy transition by investing in renewable energies. It allows them, in particular, to cover their own electricity needs by building and operating photovoltaic or similar installations that produce and feed electricity into the grid, while promoting the reduction of their consumption. It also aims to support the economic interests of its members by creating adequate framework conditions to develop the cooperative society, i.e., to manage the potential of renewable energies in all its forms. It may conclude purchases of movable or immovable property. The cooperative society may engage in business of all kinds and conclude contracts aimed at promoting the purpose of the cooperative society or other societies or persons directly or indirectly related to it. The cooperative society pursues a purpose of public utility and limited profitability.
