The purpose of the company is to broker primary and reinsurance business, provide services to insurance customers, and perform related services, including planning and organization (but not conclusion) of insurance business, all within the Allianz Group. It may participate in the Allianz Group's cash pool. The company may also provide direct and indirect financing (e.g. through loans) both within the Allianz Group (e.g. for direct and indirect parent companies and their direct and indirect subsidiaries) and for third parties. It may grant or assume securities of any kind for liabilities of such affiliated companies, including pledges on or fiduciary assignments of the company's assets or guarantees of any kind, with or without consideration. The company may also provide services in the interest of other group members. Furthermore, the purpose of the company is to obtain and evaluate information on the solvency of natural and legal persons, including partnerships, as well as to collect claims from insurance business and third-party claims. The company may trade in goods acquired in connection with the collection service or the processing of compensation claims. The company may assume the management and representation of other companies, participate directly or indirectly in other companies, establish or acquire them, and set up branches in Switzerland and abroad. It may also conduct all business that is suitable to promote the company's purpose directly or indirectly.
