The company may grant any loans, including proceeds from loans and/or securities issues, to its subsidiaries or affiliated companies. The company may provide guarantees or securities in favor of third parties to secure its obligations and the obligations of companies in which it is directly or indirectly involved, as well as those of its subsidiaries and companies belonging to the same group as the company, and it may support these companies financially, in particular in the management and development of their businesses and portfolios, through loans, advances and/or guarantees, without being limited to this. It may pledge, assign, encumber or otherwise create security rights on its entire assets or part thereof. The company may carry out all commercial, industrial, financial, securities and real estate transactions that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose or are suitable to promote its development.
