European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) Schweiz

The association aims to develop best practices in mentoring, coaching, and supervision in Switzerland for the benefit of society and to set expectations accordingly. It is authorized to use all appropriate and necessary means to achieve this goal, which should be done in a mutual learning approach. The association sees itself as a platform that supports and promotes coaches, mentors, and supervisors and, for this purpose, involves organizations, companies, as well as public and academic institutions in the learning process. The association does not pursue commercial purposes and does not aim to make a profit.
