The main purpose of the company is to hold participations in companies in Switzerland and abroad. The company may grant loans or other financings to its direct or indirect parent companies as well as their or its direct or indirect subsidiary companies, provide securities of all kinds for the liabilities of such companies, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or guarantees of any kind, and perform all actions directly or indirectly related thereto that are in the interest of the Eurotax Group. The company is also authorized to take all measures that appear useful for achieving its corporate purpose. In particular, it is empowered to acquire real estate, construct buildings, establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, and participate in other relevant business ventures.
