The company's purposes are: a) all services in the field of public health, longevity, general, personalized, preventive and environmental medicine; b) the conduct of scientific studies, statistical analyses, applied research, consulting and expert services; c) all medical or paramedical consulting services, development of personalized reports, scientific popularization, training and publication; d) all related activities in the field of life sciences, environment, epidemiology, biostatistics, biology and health data; e) all commercial and financial operations (with the exception of those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary as defined in article 1, paragraph 3 of the Federal Law on Combating Money Laundering in the Financial Sector (AMLA)), whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to the purposes described above and likely to promote its social interests; f) taking participations in any Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or analogous purposes, as well as the creation of branches; g) granting loans or advances to its partners or to third parties, guaranteeing loans subscribed by partners or third parties, guaranteeing such loans by the issuance or pledging of mortgage or other titles, as well as subscribing to any other financial commitment.
