The company's purpose includes all fiduciary activities in the field of taxation, administration, accounting, building management, business management, and real estate management. It may exploit, acquire, hold, and alienate real estate and carry out, either for its own account or for the account of a third party, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable, or immovable operations related to these branches of activity, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Law of December 16, 1983, on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE). The company may, in general, carry out all operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose in Switzerland and abroad and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose. It may grant loans or guarantees to its partners or to third parties if this promotes its interests, participate in companies or enterprises with a similar purpose or other purposes, and create branches in Switzerland and abroad.
