The company's purpose, except for any operation prohibited by the LFAIE, is: real estate promotion; construction and development of real estate projects; purchase, rental, sale, brokerage, and management of real estate; studies, planning, direction of works, and realization of constructions; transformation, renovation, and construction of any real estate property; all advice, expertise, market studies, and evaluations in real estate. The company may also: carry out all commercial, financial, movable, or real estate transactions, the latter provided they are not subject to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners of December 16, 1983 (LFAIE); take participations in other companies; in general, carry out all operations having a direct or indirect connection with the company's purpose in Switzerland and abroad.
