Provision of all advisory services in the field of asset management (family office) as well as all commercial and administrative services, including all corporate concierge services, purchase, sale, management and promotion of real estate, relocations, business brokerage activities, event organization, excluding all real estate transactions in Switzerland that do not have an exclusively commercial purpose and excluding any activity subject to the Federal Act on Financial Institutions (LEFin). In general, the company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, or in participation in any form, all commercial, industrial, movable or immovable transactions having an exclusively commercial purpose, as well as any advisory activity that can be directly or indirectly related to its main purpose or apt to promote it. It may grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties if it is in its interest. The company may create subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad.
