The Company's purpose is, in Switzerland and/or abroad: the development, creation, manufacture, distribution, import, export and construction of waste-to-energy conversion facilities; trading in all its forms (purchase, sale, import, export, representation) of any goods, in particular machines, construction equipment as well as the provision of services in this field; granting (a) loans and/or any other form of financing or (b) guarantees and/or any other form of security to one or more shareholders, companies of the same group and/or third parties for their direct or indirect benefit, if this promotes the interests of the Company.
