The Company's purpose is to carry out, in Switzerland and/or abroad, (i) all real estate transactions, including (without limitation) the promotion of real estate initiatives and project management, the acquisition, management, disposal, brokerage, development and financing of real estate, as well as the provision of all services in these areas; real estate transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners are excluded; (ii) the acquisition, holding, management and disposal of participations in all companies and their financing in any form; (iii) the execution of mandates in the field of real estate construction, including as a general contractor; (iv) the execution of fiduciary mandates, accounting, auditing and tax or insurance consulting; (v) granting (a) loans and/or any other form of financing or (b) guarantees and/or any other form of security to one or more Associates, companies of the same group and/or third parties for their direct or indirect benefit, if this promotes the interests of the Company.
