The creation of jewelry and, in general, products of goldsmithing; the purchase, sale and trade of jewelry, watches, precious stones and precious metals; the assumption of representations, participation in other companies with similar purposes. The company may also carry out all activities directly or indirectly connected with the purpose, establish branches, secondary offices, subsidiaries and agencies and participate in any form in companies, both in Switzerland and abroad. It may resort to any form of financing with credit institutions, banks and private individuals and also acquire participations.
