The company's purpose is the maintenance and repair of all industrial machines, automation of machines, troubleshooting and consulting, administration and disposal of movable assets; acquisition and exploitation of patents, licenses, trademarks and other intangible assets; market research and participation, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. It may participate in any company, acquire or create such companies, carry out all operations and perform all functions that are intended to develop the company's purpose or have a direct or indirect connection with its object. It may grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties if it serves its interests.
