The company may participate in other enterprises in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish companies with identical or similar purposes, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, and real estate operations (except those prohibited by the LFAIE), and conclude all contracts directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose. It may also grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties if it serves its interests.
