It may also participate in the financing, in particular through the granting of guarantees and securities of any kind, of other companies in the group to which the company belongs, in the interest of this group, and establish or found subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also grant loans to its shareholders and/or act as guarantor or surety for loans granted by third parties to its shareholders.
