Business, accounting, tax, real estate and administrative consulting; market analysis studies, research and enhancement of brands; agency and service activities in general; assumption of participations, financing, joint ventures and any other form deemed necessary; factoring and cash pooling activities, including collection activities. The company may also assume representations and participations in companies with similar or complementary purposes, but also different ones, and may, in any case, carry out any other activity useful for achieving the social purpose. The company may open branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company, by assembly decision, may transfer its registered office abroad based on Art. 163 LDIP and continue its activity, all limited to group companies and not to third parties.
