The company's purpose is to carry out all work in the field of building construction, in particular planning and implementation of the necessary work for the realization of technical installations, multidisciplinary coordination, establishment of energy performance diagnostics and all work aimed at improving this performance, maintenance work and commercial operations related to the company's purpose. The company may pursue its purpose through all operations - especially through all contracts - without limitation: regarding their location - in Switzerland or abroad; regarding their object - whether it concerns material property (movable or immovable) or intellectual property or services; regarding their execution - whether by the company, by branches of the company, by participations in other companies or by subcontractors.
