The company's purpose is the transportation of goods and fairground equipment, their operation as well as the purchase and sale of all equipment for use by fairground operators and leisure parks. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, excluding all operations prohibited by the LFAIE, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, engage in any commercial and financial activity, and carry out all operations and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it.
