all activities related to the manufacture, sale and delivery in business, at home or at events, of gastronomic products and beverages, as well as catering services and all related activities, excluding matters subject to the Federal Act on Foreign Investments in Switzerland; it may also acquire and manage participations, on its own behalf or on behalf of third parties, in commercial or industrial companies, based in Switzerland or abroad, by acquiring shares, bonds, participations, holding claims or any other suitable form, acquiring patents and trademarks (cf. articles of association for full purpose).
