The company's purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad, is the purchase, sale, trade, rental, holding, management, development, renovation of any property of any kind, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE and in compliance with the provisions of these statutes; the provision of all services in the field of real estate, including public relations and consulting, brokerage, expertise, the realization of all real estate transactions, the development and management of all real estate and commercial projects, as well as all commercial activities, particularly in the field of real estate; the management and acquisition of participations in other commercial, financial and industrial companies, including the acquisition of participations in real estate companies within the limits of the LFAIE, and the holding of intangible assets. It may carry out all operations related to this activity as well as all operations likely to promote the purpose and interest of the company. It may create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with similar purposes, merge with such companies and conclude all contracts intended to develop or achieve its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly. It may also grant guarantees or loans to shareholders or third parties if it is in the interest of the Company.
