The association's objective is the development and support of technologies for creating means and concepts for the global promotion of direct democracy. The association can create its own technologies or obtain technologies from third parties. The association is non-partisan and non-denominational. The association can manage funds within or outside the blockchain, conduct and promote all business, and/or complete all transactions, and generally carry out all actions as desired, which are necessary, appropriate, or desirable to achieve or promote the purpose of the association. The association can grant liquidity subsidies for bootstrapping, research, development, and related activities, as well as support the implementation and participation in all other activities, and promote such projects. The association is altruistic. The association can acquire stakes in other companies, as well as aim for the acquisition, use, management, and disposal of tokens, real estate, and intellectual property. It can also establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad and carry out all actions that develop or promote its purpose.
