The purpose of the company is: the purchase, resale, rental and repair of light and heavy vehicles, the transport of persons and goods in Switzerland and abroad, to operate a transport company, in particular for persons, road and rail, to train and perfect personnel in the field of passenger and goods transport, motor vehicle drivers and locomotive pilots, to import and export, buy, sell and offer for rent any type of rolling stock and construction equipment. The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable operations, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE, directly or indirectly related to its social purpose, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests.
