The company may, both in Switzerland and abroad: establish branches, participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or establish them, in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable (excluding all operations prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its associates or third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by associates or third parties, secure these loans by issuing mortgages and hypothecary securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
