In Switzerland and abroad, the acquisition, sale, holding and management of participations in all types of companies and enterprises, in the sense of a holding company, as well as any other activity having a direct or indirect connection with the aforementioned purpose; the company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions (with the exception of transactions prohibited by the LFAIE), in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose; it may also establish branches and subsidiaries, in Switzerland and abroad; the company may also grant loans to its shareholders and/or guarantee, secure or co-sign loans granted by third parties to its shareholders.
