The company's purposes are: - brokerage and real estate management, purchase or sale, construction or promotion of buildings; - subscription, acquisition, sale and administration of all participations both in Switzerland and abroad, as a holding company, in industrial, financial, commercial and real estate companies, within the limits of the Federal Law on the acquisition of real estate in Switzerland by foreign persons.
