The company's purpose is: - all activities in the fields of catering and food trade; - the design and development of all retail chains, in particular food retail chains, and their operation in all forms (under its own name or under franchise); - the acquisition, sale, administration and management of participations in any company pursuing an identical or similar purpose; - all real estate transactions (excluding transactions not permitted under the LFAIE). The company may participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial and real estate transactions (except for transactions prohibited by the LFAIE) and conclude all contracts directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose. It may also grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties if this serves its interests.
