The company's purpose is to carry out all activities exercised by trust companies and to assume all functions generally entrusted to these companies, namely: maintaining and auditing accounts within the meaning of the Code of Obligations; accounting management; tax advice, representation, and assistance before tax authorities; legal advice and services; business organization and evaluation; the formation, mergers, concentrations, restructuring, and liquidation of companies and other businesses; judicial and extrajudicial expert appraisals; arbitration and conciliation of disputes; the management and administration of companies and foundations; the administration and management of unions and other associations; the supervision of transactions. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and take participations in other companies in Switzerland and abroad as well as carry out all operations that are directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose. The company may acquire, mortgage, sell, and manage real estate, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It may engage in financing for its own account or for the account of third parties as well as provide guarantees and securities to its subsidiaries and to third parties.
