The foundation aims to: provide support to financially disadvantaged, less fortunate or unintentionally distressed students of the ZHAW (Zurich University of Applied Sciences) to enable them to physically and mentally develop, build character and foster a sense of community in the Turnverein Technikum Winterthur (hereinafter referred to as TVT) and/or the Academic Sports Association Zurich (ASVZ); provide support to unintentionally distressed alumni of the AH Association, and if necessary, also to needy dependents of deceased alumni; provide financial support for lessons, events and activities of the Academic Sports Association Zurich (ASVZ), particularly at the ZHAW (Zurich University of Applied Sciences) location in Winterthur; finance community events, lectures, hikes and excursions that promote general education, community building and physical development of ZHAW students and members of the TVT and AH Association; provide study grants to less fortunate, talented students of the ZHAW to enable them to continue and complete their studies.
