The company's purpose is to provide all advice and services in the fields of accounting and taxation, and more broadly, to carry out all commercial and financial operations (with the exception of those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary as defined by the LBA), whether movable or immovable (with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose and likely to promote its interests.
