The company's purpose is to operate a fiduciary office and all related activities, including company management, property and pension fund administration, fiduciary services, accounting and bookkeeping, tax return preparation, payroll and social security management, tax consulting, and all other convergent services and transactions, including real estate activities (excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE). The company may also, in Switzerland and abroad: - establish branches or subsidiaries, acquire participations in, and more generally participate in, all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; - carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or real estate transactions directly or indirectly related to the main purpose, or likely to promote its development, provided that any acquisition of real estate in Switzerland may only take place in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners; and - provide financial assistance, including loans, advances, guarantees or securities of all kinds to its associates, affiliated companies or third parties.
