The company's purpose is to provide asset management services within the meaning of Article 17, paragraph 1 LISFI on behalf of and for the account of its clients, relating to the clients' assets. The services consist of the purchase or sale of financial instruments, the acceptance and transmission of orders relating to financial instruments, the management of financial instruments (asset management in the strict sense), and the provision of personalized recommendations regarding transactions with financial instruments (investment advice). The company may carry out any activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose or which is suitable to promote it, as well as acquire participations in other companies and enterprises, open branches and/or subsidiaries both in Switzerland and abroad.
