The foundation aims to promote social change worldwide by supporting programs, initiatives, projects and organizations - in particular those that use football or sports in general as a tool for social development - and to promote humanitarian aid through the provision of support for the restoration and reconstruction of damaged or destroyed sports infrastructure around the world. Within the framework of this purpose, the foundation can, in addition to its grants, draw on various resources of the world football association, Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA), including the deployment of well-known football personalities. The foundation operates worldwide and internationally within the framework of its purpose. The foundation has a non-profit character and does not pursue any commercial purpose.
