The company's purpose is the acquisition and operation of a food trade and a café-restaurant in Vollèges. In general, the company may also carry out all operations that are directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and promote its development, including the acquisition of participations in other companies. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad or found companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all mobile, real estate (within the framework of its main activity only and excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE) and financial transactions and conclude all contracts directly or indirectly related to the corporate purpose or contributing to its development. It may also grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties if this serves its interests.
