The company operates as an independent asset manager within the meaning of the Federal Act on Financial Institutions of June 15, 2018 (LEFin) and its purpose is to carry out all asset or wealth management operations within the meaning of the Federal Act on Financial Institutions of June 15, 2018 (LEFin), to provide any advice and assistance in economic, financial, administrative matters and to execute any management mandate in these areas; the company does not accept any deposits and does not hold any securities in its own name for the account of clients. The company also has the purpose of executing any economic and financial advisory mandate, any activity of setting up financing, financial intermediation and investment. In general, the company may carry out all activities that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose.
