The direct or indirect acquisition, including in the future state of completion, and management of a real estate portfolio intended for rental purposes; the acquisition and management of buildings that it constructs exclusively for rental purposes; for the needs of managing its real estate portfolio and the aforementioned buildings, the company may carry out works of any nature in the buildings it holds directly or indirectly, including operations related to their construction, renovation, maintenance, rehabilitation, improvement, expansion, reconstruction or adaptation to environmental or energy standards. It may acquire equipment or installations necessary for the use of these buildings; sell real estate assets as long as they were not purchased for resale and such sales do not have a habitual character; all of this directly or indirectly, alone or with third parties, by taking all interests and participations, by any means and in any form, in any Swiss or foreign company, commercial, industrial or financial, real estate or movable, notably through acquisition, creation of new companies, contributions, mergers, alliances, partnerships or economic interest groups, as well as the administration, management and control of these interests and participations; more generally, all operations, of any nature, legal, economic and financial, civil and commercial, industrial, real estate and movable, related to the aforementioned object or to any other similar or related objects, likely to favor, directly or indirectly, the purpose pursued by the company, its extension or development, including direct or indirect participation in all enterprises or companies created or to be created. In all these real estate activities, the company will act in accordance with the LFAIE and, in this regard, will not hold in Switzerland, directly or indirectly, in any way, including participations, other assets in Switzerland than commercial assets, excluding residential properties.
