The Company's purpose is the acquisition and holding of interests in companies in the fields of trade, industry and real estate, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners, as well as all industrial and commercial operations related to all insulation and energy renovation work in the construction and building sector, including consulting and assistance to the project owner for the implementation of thermal insulation work on walls from the inside and outside, the implementation of innovative products and materials, the installation and manufacturing of insulation partitions, the installation and manufacturing of ceilings, consulting and assistance for the implementation of renewable energy technologies, consulting and assistance for the implementation of work allowing for energy performance optimization generating energy consumption savings, facade renovation and the provision of all study and consulting services related to these activities. The Company may: Engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; Create and operate branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; Participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; Grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if it serves its interests; Acquire one or more properties and operate them by lease, rental or otherwise, as well as their possible sale; Place the Company's funds; Participate, by all means, directly or indirectly, in all operations that can be related to its object by way of creation of new companies, contribution, subscription or purchase of securities or social rights, merger or otherwise, creation.
