The company's purpose is to provide management services of all kinds, management, administration and consulting to companies and individuals in all areas, in particular through the internet, as well as all commercial activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). It may create branches in Switzerland or abroad, take participations in other companies, acquire or create similar or similar companies, carry out all transactions and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly. Furthermore, it may acquire, operate and dispose of real estate, both in Switzerland and abroad, within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE).
