The company's purpose is to operate a civil engineering and construction business, buying, selling, importing and exporting construction goods, acquiring and selling all real estate within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate in Switzerland by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may, both in Switzerland and abroad: - establish branches, - participate in other companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, acquire or establish them, - in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, - grant loans to its members and third parties, - act as guarantor for loans subscribed by members and third parties, - secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
