The company's purpose is to engage in holding activities, including the acquisition, management, ownership, purchase, and sale of shares in Swiss and/or foreign companies, as well as the financing of such companies. In general, the company may also carry out all operations that directly or indirectly relate to its corporate purpose and promote its development, including taking stakes in other companies. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad or found companies with an identical or similar purpose, conduct all securities, real estate (not prohibited by the LFAIE), and financial transactions, and enter into any contracts directly or indirectly related to the corporate purpose or likely to contribute to its development. It may also grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties if this serves its interests.
