The Company may carry out any real estate, movable, commercial, industrial and financial transactions deemed necessary or useful for the direct or indirect achievement of its purpose. The Company may assume commercial representations, interests and/or hold participations in other companies and enterprises with a similar and/or connected purpose to its own, both in Switzerland and abroad, as well as create branches and open subsidiaries both in Switzerland and abroad.
