The company, for its own exclusive purposes and interests, may carry out any and all financial, real estate (within the limits imposed by current regulations - funds for business establishments, Art. 2 para. 2 lit. a LAFE), commercial and securities activities necessary or even only useful for achieving the social purpose, including the establishment and participation in other companies or the establishment of branches in Switzerland and/or abroad, as well as holding trademarks and patents.
