Florence Nightingale International Foundation

to take over the activities, assets and liabilities of the non-profit foundation FNIF, based in the United Kingdom (registration number 1074773); to establish and maintain an international memorial to Florence Nightingale in order to promote and advance the nursing profession and the education and training of nurses, to promote and advance public awareness of the nursing profession and public health, to promote and advance nursing care and other health services in the public interest; to promote or undertake research to raise public awareness of nursing and health issues, to support and assist former and current members of the nursing profession who are in need due to adversity, poor health or other reasons, as well as their dependents, and to maintain a collection of works, objects and other documents related to the life and work of Florence Nightingale (cf. foundation deed for full purpose).
