The foundation aims to support needy individuals and families. The nature and scope of the foundation's services and the detailed organization are decided by the foundation board within the framework of the foundation deed. The foundation has a non-profit character and does not pursue any commercial purpose. The support services to the beneficiaries may only be provided to natural persons and families who have their domicile in the Rhine Valley region - in particular in the political municipality of 9450 Altstätten SG - or who are legally resident there on the basis of a provisional or definitive residence permit, regardless of the beneficiaries' denomination or possible non-denominational status.
