In Switzerland and abroad, sports coaching, the sale of products and services related to sports and physical activity, as well as the sale of sports-related subscriptions; the company may carry out all commercial and financial transactions, take participations in all companies and commercial and financial societies, both in Switzerland and abroad; the company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all commercial, financial, movable or immovable operations (with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE) directly or indirectly related to its main purpose; it may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; the company may also grant loans to its associates and guarantee, secure or co-sign loans granted by third parties to its associates.
