The association wants to support artists in their social engagement and the implementation of their own projects. It promotes the exchange between artists and cultural creators with the Swiss and international public through cultural events. A particular focus is on strengthening and promoting underrepresented or disadvantaged artists and cultural creators. The association achieves this purpose through the following activities: The association acts as a production house for film, theater, and literature and finances the projects in which its members are involved, either partially or entirely; it enables project-based employment under industry-standard conditions. It invests in and/or maintains premises, infrastructure, materials, and consumables that can be used for cultural projects. It serves as a platform and promotes the establishment of a network of international cultural creators, mainly active in the fields of film, performing arts, and literature, for example through attending festivals or networking events. It plans, mediates, and organizes cultural projects and events in the fields of art, communication, training, creativity, and cultural travel. The association can establish branches in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, as well as conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose, acquire, encumber, sell, and manage real estate for the association in Switzerland and abroad, arrange financing for its own or third-party account, and provide securities for liabilities of affiliated companies.
