The purpose of the association is to directly and indirectly promote, develop and support the Open-Source Fluence Web3 Software Protocol, the surrounding community and ecosystem. The association may take any necessary and suitable measures to achieve the aforementioned purpose, plan and implement initiatives, and participate - also financially - in initiatives of other organizations or financially or otherwise support other organizations or individuals, provided that all these activities serve the purpose of the association. The association may also accept donations from third parties and act as a trustee in pursuit of its purpose. The association does not pursue commercial purposes and does not strive for profit. Supporting organizations or initiatives that do not serve the purpose is prohibited. Indirect support in accordance with Article 3 (1) requires direct support of decentralized peer-to-peer Web3 technology that is directly or indirectly related to the Open Source Fluence Web3 Software Protocol.
