The purpose of the company is: the provision of modeling and technical drawings for heating, ventilation, sanitary (CVS) and sprinkler installations for all types of projects, using BIM technology (Building Information Modeling) as well as project support, process analysis and model exploitation for project management. Furthermore, it may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may be interested, in any form, in all similar companies, in particular by taking a stake in similar companies. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
